How much money can I make? 
Other than the earnings claims provided in our Franchise Disclosure Document, no employee or agent of Submarina can make income projections.  We suggest you review this information carefully and contact as many of our franchisees as possible to discuss this matter.  Make your determinations from this information.  Unfortunately, there are no guarantees of success.

Where can I locate a Submarina?
We have the flexibility of locating a Submarina in many different locations. Shopping malls, strip centers, industrial parks and freestanding buildings are typical location examples.

How long will it take to open my restaurant? 
After you sign a lease agreement, on average it takes two to four months before you are open for business. This allows for plan design and review by the appropriate governmental agencies, for construction and training.

How much can I finance?
The amount of money you will be able to borrow is dependent on your financial situation. Typically, you will be required to have 20-30 percent of the capital in cash.

What kind of experience do I need?
Submarina does not require any related experience to operate a franchise. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for operating a successful business, and enjoys working with the general public.

Who is the ideal Submarina candidate?
Submarina is looking for individuals that are self-motivated "people" persons who have good marketing and relationship-building skills and a demonstrated passion for success - the cornerstone of our business model. Industry knowledge or background is not necessary as this is taught during our initial two-week training program and continues throughout your franchise relationship.
